Just like other muscles in the body, they can get tight and have an affect on our other connecting muscles and joints, as well as our mood and overall feelings of well-being. This is a guided free exercise routine that you can practice daily. It will help you relax the face and yourself, help the skin, and connect you with how you’re feeling; which in turn can open up the possibilities for greater self awareness.
